Good Tips, and friendly customers. I liked how the store was structure and made. If you like coffee, then it's a good place to work.
Cons
Bad Training and organization skills by management. Store managers are likely to be college drop outs. New employees may feel like they were poorly trained, due to the lack of specific instructions and training materials.
