Pros
You get paid to talk to people and drink coffee! You get a free drink while working, and a discount on food, merchandise, and drinks whether or not you're at work. The uniform is pretty decent: jeans and a polo/ logo shirt. The turn over rate is very low. Benefits are decent. The job isn't very hard to do, and you get paid an okay amount. Overall, it's a fun place to work and it's easy to stand behind the products you sell because they're almost all really good.
Cons
The company is still second to Starbucks in many ways including pay and benefits. Constantly changing image and direction. Comes out with poor products at times and wants employees to push them at people. Doesn't promote from within enough.
