Pros
The people I have worked with at Caribou are the best around. Friendly, fun environment. Job itself is really fun and rewarding. Benefits (Medical Dental) @ 20 hours a week and resonably priced.
Cons
Vacation time only awarded with consistent 33 hour weeks, which is very difficult to get. Hours are generally under 30 per week, even if you want more hours or full time. Can be physically challenging (standing entire shift), lifting heavy equipment, etc.
