Management and overall job was terrible - Crew Member Carl's Jr Employee Review

This job was terrible, with basic fast food tasks (cashier work, janitorial work, etc.), but with late paydays. constant last-minute shifts, inconsiderate scheduling, childish coworkers and managers, and unrealistic standards to meet. As my first job in high school, it wasn't bad but I quickly realized I can work at a job that treats me and others better. I don't know a single coworker that wasn't looking for another job while employed there.
