Rate of pay could be more! Not rewarded enough (such as a pay increase) for proving your ability to do more than expected & more than other employees day in & day out! Can only advance up the ladder so much, more like you have to be "liked" very much or "know" someone in upper management to climb the ladder! Seems to be some Favoritizm involved! Understandable that the off shifts make a shift differential, but unfair that you know you're working way harder & actually do more production (proved by production reports) than some ppl on the off shifts, yet you make less! So not right when you see it everyday & nothing's done about it!
