All time low experience - Mechanical Engineer Carlisle Interconnect Technologies Employee Review

Where to being? We can’t stop the bleeding and are losing about 2 employees a week on average. We haven’t filled any of the open positions but we are expected to keep everything going as if we were fully staffed. There was been no immediate raises or incentives to stay and we have lost some of our best people. I have been with the company for over 10 years and morale is at an all time low. It’s borderline pathetic how far this company has fallen. But when it’s all said and done and the doors are locked and the building is for sale, maybe corporate will realize they could of done more for the employees in Pottstown.
