Pros
The co-workers who do the work are talented, team players, great individuals that are all experiencing the same hostile work environment. Most days leadership can be avoided since they are either "working from home while not accomplishing any deadline items assigned to them" or holding their day long gripe sessions to determine their next shady move to make. Employees can usually plan to have three days to be able to complete work and two days of either trying to figure out what is being asked of them or trying to overcome the hostile working environment.
Cons
Poor management is an understatement, no management or leadership is the norm or expectation. Leadership's idea of management is a daily re-enactment of the movie Mean Girls. Promotions and leadership is offered to the friends, individuals or club members. Current leadership at the San Antonio location does not have the necessary experience and education requirements, but instead have the cut-throat, political, demoralizing characteristics needed promote the hostile environment. Avoid the home office and HR department at all cost if you are at the San Antonio location, unless you view contacting HR as your resignation letter.
