Big company, big egos, little reward - Senior Engineer Carollo Engineers Employee Review

Corporate structure, no communication, bad morale. They ask employees to come onto this site to give a good review. Everything is about perception here with little substance to back it up. No incentives to work hard and win work. Bonuses are a joke for senior level engineers. Lots of talkers, very few doers. If you are a doer, you will find yourself on an island and will be pulling your hair out. This was once a premier consulting firm, but many branch offices are dysfunctional. Recent growth has not been controlled and they have lost a lot of talented engineers in the past couple years due to this.
