Pros
The company is employee owned and has a very inclusive and helpful culture between colleagues. Work/life balance is very good with appropriate work staff to manage and deliver projects.
Cons
Getting engaged into the project work can be slow at first as you learn how the company operates and get training. Once you get through the early stages it picks up very quickly and is very fulfilling to be a part of such a great team and exciting projects.
