-too many egos in upper management -clear inner circle -promotions are based on if you’re a favorite, not if you work hard and show results -transitioning from a small company to a large corporation with multiple mini acquisitions. The culture will not be preserved -compensation is much lower compared to other firms -the company boasts that they don’t lay people off but I know at least 3 people who have been let go due to “lack of work”. However the company keeps talking about the tremendous backlog of work the company has.
