Very fun and welcoming work environment, Might differ from one location to another but the HTX supervisors and senior engineers are very helpful in getting new employees accustomed to the work and all have great leadership traits. There's almost no bureaucracy so your voice will be heard and you will feel like you're making an impact, despite one's years of experience or lack thereof. Very diverse workplace and there are events at the office often for team bonding. I am glad I was able to join the team!
