Pros

Shiny new building - the CIB is a beautiful building, but no one wants to be there.

Cons

Zero accountability for senior management There is ZERO HR support for non-executives. HR is there strictly to do the company heads bidding. This is the absolute worst HR dept. They conduct witch hunts and create files filled with false information when they want to put someone out There is ZERO opportunity for growth unless you are a yes man and an HR implant. Their infrastructure and systems and processes are horrendous - more like a failing startup than a global manufacturer. There is zero positivity - very oppressive, back-stabbing culture. They bait and switch most employees - hiring them for one role, and then overloading them with so much extra work there is no way they can succeed. They lose great people every day because good, honest, hard-working people don't stay. There is zero dignity for non-executive employees there - they take and take and take, and then tell people they are not doing enough - no raises, no bonuses, no inflation minimums. Vacations are not vacations. Time off is just a term - they call people non-stop when they're sick or on PTO, or don't approve their vacations. They have fired at least five people who got sick during the pandemic, when those people returned to work. They use every opportunity to cut costs - hire someone for less money and get rid of loyal employees. The manager you're assigned to controls your entire career and they don't care about you. They don't have true 'diversity' unless someone screams about it and makes a fuss... then they find someone external and pay them as little as possible, just to fill a 'slot'. Wolves in sheep clothing, dictators, and snakes - those are the terms regularly used by exempt employees to describe the heads of HR, Supply Chain, Cyber, Operations and Finance BUs Horrible culture, horrible environment, horrible company They moved to FL so they could lower the salaries based on false wage information - Palm Beach County is one of the most expensive places to live, but they want to pay poverty level wages.

Pros

The company offers competitive pay and a strong benefits package, including a good 401(k), charitable donation matching, and other valuable benefits. Success here often comes to those who are willing to prioritize the company's demands and fully commit to its work culture.

Cons

The culture is one of the most toxic I have experienced. There is an expectation that employees are available around the clock, making work-life balance nearly impossible. Teams are routinely expected to absorb the responsibilities of multiple positions while resources continue to shrink and bonuses become less rewarding. Leadership often relies on fear and pressure rather than inspiration. Instead of creating optimism and empowering employees, messaging frequently centers on competition, missed expectations, and what the company is doing wrong. That tone cascades throughout the organization and creates an environment where people are afraid to speak up or take risks. In my experience, concerns about leadership behavior and workplace culture did not appear to be addressed in a meaningful way. This left many employees feeling unsupported and contributed to low morale, high turnover, and burnout.
