They offer compensation in US dollars.
Cons
Will present a raise that is under inflation as "merit" based and expect you to be grateful they don't pay you less than they did last year. Perfect example of how it does not pay to stay with a single company, they will not improve compensation based on improvements to the value you provide the company. Terrible corporate culture.
