Pros
The other employees are great, for the most part, very helpful and friendly. Honestly, though, that's really about there is.
Cons
Call center employees are treated no better than children, and of the red headed step variety at that. Upper management doesn't seem to much care, either. Good luck getting out of there in less than ten years, too.
