Pros

For the pros, I'd say none.

Cons

-To say it's a toxic workplace would be an understatement. -If you want to know if this place is good, just look at the turnover rate which is high. Their staffing is bad, and management refuse to communicate this incompetence to higher ups, so that they won't face any reprimand. And instead cascade consequences on your daily workers. Shady. -Extreme micromanagement like I've never seen before, despite being employed in different countries and different sectors. Carrier Prague takes the cake. -Upper management have fossilized understanding of managing people, it's "my way or no way". Shady in communication, as they underhand the employees. HR is almost nonexistent despite them preaching this new care approach. -Highly recommend against choosing this place. The salaries are extremely low, and Carrier finds way to justify not giving bonuses. So if you factor in inflation, it's almost as if they are taking a cut from Your money. -If you become sick, god forbid, and it impacts your performance naturally, this gets held against you in the yearly performance review. Make it make sense. -Underhanded tactics of dealing with people. -Repulsive management.

Pros

The company offers competitive pay and a strong benefits package, including a good 401(k), charitable donation matching, and other valuable benefits. Success here often comes to those who are willing to prioritize the company's demands and fully commit to its work culture.

Cons

The culture is one of the most toxic I have experienced. There is an expectation that employees are available around the clock, making work-life balance nearly impossible. Teams are routinely expected to absorb the responsibilities of multiple positions while resources continue to shrink and bonuses become less rewarding. Leadership often relies on fear and pressure rather than inspiration. Instead of creating optimism and empowering employees, messaging frequently centers on competition, missed expectations, and what the company is doing wrong. That tone cascades throughout the organization and creates an environment where people are afraid to speak up or take risks. In my experience, concerns about leadership behavior and workplace culture did not appear to be addressed in a meaningful way. This left many employees feeling unsupported and contributed to low morale, high turnover, and burnout.
