Cons

Salaries do not keep pace with surrounding counties. Also raises are cost of living only, not merit based. The current commissioners have raised salaries but that is not guaranteed under incoming boards.

Holidays, pension, one work from home day.

Management is awful. The place is a zoo. Poor leadership and poor office morale. The place has gone downhill due to management, or lack thereof.
