Fun and relaxed environment, Decent pay, exercise and fitness, got to be in nature, long lunch breaks, normal hours/ regular schedule

Cons

Some dangerous bugs had to be delt with, sometimes children could be unruly or uncooperative, a lot of unnecessary downtime

Holidays, pension, one work from home day.

Cons

Management is awful. The place is a zoo. Poor leadership and poor office morale. The place has gone downhill due to management, or lack thereof.
