Cons

If you have a family this is not the company for you! They tout they are a "family" company and they are all about "family" time however, as management you are expected to work all but one wknd a month. The rest of the wknds you will work the entire wknd, rather than splitting the days among 4 managers. Your schedule will never be consistent. You will open some days and close others. On nights that you work a floor set, and work until 12 or 1 in the morning, you will also be scheduled to open the next day. And Holidays, forget it. They only close for Christmas day. You will work Thanksgiving, Easter, 4th of July and every Sunday. So that precious "family" time is nonexistent. Aside from little to no family time, they expect perfection from you. They expect you to have get all your tasks done, help all your customers, keep all your KPI's up on little to no payroll. They also expect that you magically know everything on absolutely zero training! The DM will come in and rip ypu apart on everything that is wrong with your DOR(basically your assigned tasks) when you had no clue you were doing anything wrong because that is how it's been done since you came along! It's called training people! You can work your butt off and get zero recognition for it but you can bet they will pick it apart just to try and find things you did wrong. They will fabricate it just so they can say "but you didn't do this....." In short, if this work environment sounds like your cup of tea more power to ya. Otherwise, steer clear!
