The customers, the product, the staff, my first DM, the store standards, my salary.
Cons
The product for over 2 years was so much that I had to rent 3 storage units and then as the manager I had to use my truck to load overstock and drive it to the storage unit and then unload it. This happened all through 2007 and 2008 on a daily basis and then I was required to explain why my sales were not hirer. My first DM came to the stores to help us whenever possible. Our 2nd DM came to the stores only to tell us nothing encouraging and never once could I get him to go to the storage units with so he could see for himself what we were all dealing with daily. My office was so full of product I could barely get my desk. It was a nightmare I never woke up from. I hear through the grapevine he is no longer with the company.
