Pros
Very fun place to work Compared to other retail places I've worked, not too much work needs to be done You could work there for a few months as a sales associate and then be promoted to a supervisor, etc Management is good, they acknowledge your hard work Your employee discount is good
Cons
Hours are based on payroll so if your store don't have a lot payroll expect low hours.... Pay could be a little bit more better for sales associates
