Pros
The co-workers were very easy to get along with and not overly chatty. Willing to help out each other and make simple conversation. Even the assiatant manager was very friendly.
Cons
The cons actually outweiged the pros. When I was offically hired I was part time, but then later on I found that I had be transitioned to temp or seasonal without my knowledge. A few days later heard that the manager had hired 5 more girls. The hours then dwindled from my schedule to the point where I was always on call. So then I would have to commute to pick up my schedule just to find out I was on-call because we abused the "call to ask for our schedule" right. The backroom was a mess from inventory overflow. I disliked how they were always complaining about the PCC, but how can one help the PCC rate if we weren't there? The manager picks favorites on who should be on the schedule.
