Fun team environment. Lots of opportunity to use an array of retail skills. Decent discount.
Cons
Outdated procedures and pos. Lack of positive communication. Overload of work compared to staffing budget. They don’t invest in their people, therefore high turnover, adding to the work load of management. Frequent signage/promo changes. Child sized inventory = LOTS of folding
