Pay, vacation time, technology is terrible, allocated hours for store does not support ft management hours. Micro managed ! Way to much paper work! No frills company! You will not win much prizes, trips, or money! Nothing to get teams inspired and bought in to company! No pride and no holiday meetings to get teams pumped! Shipment from Atlanta coming in all mixed up and with chewed up candy and other trash! Have no way of knowing if everything is in the box that should be! Paper pay checks have been late or lost and people have to take PTO to get their hours in.
