There is no room for movement and there are a lot of politics. Reminded me much of high school clicks and fighting to be in the "in" crowd. They don't recognize hard work and most of the time if you do well the credit is given to those higher up in the political chain. If you have a young family you won't see them often due to the "required overtime" and they are not flexible with sick kids. Sad for a "children's" company. People are disposable.
