Pros
Looks great on a resume, trauma bond with coworkers = friendship, very fun products, trained well
Cons
- Preys on recent grads with unnegotiable salaries that barely support a high COL area ($56k for EDPs a few years ago, doubt it has changed much) - Extremely terrible HR that fits every stereotype: promotes based on age not ability, extremely slow, fake people, everyone gets "meets (3% raise)" in annual reviews, etc. Truly every negative stereotype to exist. - Unmanageable workload and hours. My team had an "on-call" schedule for weekends, overnight, holidays, truly 24/7. I was contacted weekly for "fires" at ~5am and weekends. It is expected you are reachable at all hours. Everyone is doing 2+ jobs at once. I was offered a 15% unnegotiable raise and instead left and got a 60% raise at another company (within a year it was = to a 75% raise). I am still fully remote and Carter's forced RTO! Know your worth!
