Best place I've ever worked - Senior Software Engineer Cartera Commerce Employee Review

I'm shocked at some of the low ratings shown here; I've been with Cartera for almost two years and have never loved a job more. I swear that's the truth. The politics -- at least on the engineering level -- are nonexistent. There are opportunities to learn. The work is interesting. The people are nice. The holiday party last year was the most fun I have EVER had at a party like that. I've actually had the opportunity to work on software done right-the-first-time, which in my experience is unheard of. I've recommended Cartera to several friends, and I'm going to keep doing so.
