Pros
Family friendly env., Flexible hours., PTO.
Cons
1) For the last 3-4 years, management has not tackled/solved any many many constantly issues raised by individual contributors. If anyone speaks up, they are essentially defamed - "as not being a team player". 2) Culture is such that anything negative, is not taken as opportunity to improve on. It is ignored and covered up. This fosters an environment of 'whatever'. People who take ownership, are compelled to take ownership of everything - all the time. There is no gain/recognition/promotion for doing the right thing/taking ownership/delivering or creating. While, people who do not, can just get by. So, if you are driven, you want to get better, or make things better, be inspired... this is not for you. If you want to stay afloat, not care about stuff, but have relative job stability, then this is for you.
