-Really nice, funny, smart people who care about the work they do -Work / life flexibility and understanding for all employees-- without questions or judgement -Current upward momentum from senior management and employees to overcome past obstacles/issues to be a better place to work -Socially enjoyable atmosphere with regular outings , happy hours, volunteer opportunities, etc

- Communication at a senior, cross departmental level is lacking between certain groups -Still experiencing "growing pains" as they work to determine best business model
