Pros

The work is interesting on a daily basis and I have a great manager to work for. Cartera provides you with the tools and a path to move up in the organization and has a solid vision moving forward. The work/life balance is excellent and the compensation is fair.

Cons

I came here from a very toxic environment so I cannot sympathize with some of the other reviews. However, it can get very stressful at times and like some reviews allude to, the planning is not always executed properly. I started after the layoffs 2.5 years ago so I cannot comment on morale during that time frame.
