Free ice cream, nice coworkers, a lot of hours, gives you skills you can apply at a better place
Cons
The management is delusional and pay minimum wage while keeping the place short staffed. Almost impossible to close on time and to keep the store sanitary. If you're violently sick and don't find anyone to cover you, you still have to go to work
