Pros

Benefits are great. The dining management is good and will work with employees about nearly everything. Pretty understanding that you have a life outside of work. Most employees get along no matter the department individuals are in.

Cons

The nearly all rest of the management team, including the new campus director are drama lovers, and talk behind others backs. They do nothing to help the other departments, and will put extra work on those they can dump it on. There is a high turnover rate, because dining staff gets overworked and the pay is nowhere near competitive for the either work field

very peaceful culture, they truly care about their employees and will invest in them when needed, Plenty of work and its very gratifying to serve the elderly and give back a bit..

Cons

tight budgets and at times understaffed but thats the same in any retirement community company
