      Some of the best coworkers I've met and one of the most rewarding jobs I've worked.

      Cons

      Management is passive aggressive and tends to only listen to employees they are busy buddy with. Time management is a key factor and not fit everyone.

      very peaceful culture, they truly care about their employees and will invest in them when needed, Plenty of work and its very gratifying to serve the elderly and give back a bit..

      tight budgets and at times understaffed but thats the same in any retirement community company
