Great industry to work in. Good Distributors. Good team members to commiserate with.
Cons
New management style is meticuloulsy micromanaging and creating more & more reports to submit weekly. Critiques are swift and harsh. Felt like I needed to work to fill in the forms, not meet the needs of my market. Sales reflected this. Expectations of weekly work duties is unrealistic. Territories too big to work effectively - you will be outgunned by your competition by 1 to 5 in most cases. CYA is the current work style of reps - get EVERYTHING from management in writing and SAVE it on your own disc/computer. Payscale is subpar to industry. Bonus requirements are hard to achieve, travel can be extensive.
