      there really isn't any pros except it's a job

      Cons

      check hardly ever is right, they will fire you if you get hurt and they process chicken in a very unsanitized way employees are on a very strict point system and in order to secure your job you must be a favorite some are allowed to break the ponit system while others are fired.

      Pay rate, some of the workers.

      Cons

      The management sucked. They had their favorites of course then they just wrote you up for things out of your control. Or they would give you the wrong number of boxes you needed & then blame it on you when you have to many. It was very stressful working here. Then people were coming to work drunk or high & management just turned their heads. It was pretty much a party every day instead of work.
