      Pros

      There are no pros I worked full time at the Morganton location on 3rd shift and would not advise this place of employment to anyone. The top management on the shift is very poor which leads to high turn over .. employees reporting to work intoxicated very unsafe

      Pay rate, some of the workers.

      Cons

      The management sucked. They had their favorites of course then they just wrote you up for things out of your control. Or they would give you the wrong number of boxes you needed & then blame it on you when you have to many. It was very stressful working here. Then people were coming to work drunk or high & management just turned their heads. It was pretty much a party every day instead of work.
