From the CEO down this company is ran like a well oiled machine. Communication, appreciation and company wide overall happiness is higher than any other company I have worked for. Management is always offering growth and free education to grow within company. Work life balance is important and I am always shown appreciation for my hard work. NOTE: If you read a bad review from a former employee I can assure you they are just disgruntle. Every employee I have ever spoken to loves this company!!! Pay is very competitive as well as benefits/medical, dental and PTO is very Generous!

In my position, from time to time, I have to be on call for one week every now and then as does all of the staff in my department. I've never been a fan of on call but I knew this was a requirement when I started and accepted the responsibility.

The company really sells a good solution to patients.

I can see that this company is passionate about medicine. However, this company is nothing but false propaganda. They bombard you with the idea that you matter but in actuality it is all performative buzzwords. They blow smoke up your backside and then back stab you whenever they see convenient. The managers are passive aggressive and the training is unstructured. Nepotism is huge here so be careful and watch your back. I want whoever that reads this to really not fall for the propaganda and fake smiles because these people are not who they say they are.
