Technical issues, mostly. Those come with time. The San Francisco office is also very... privileged...and it can be a bit hard to swallow sometimes. I come from a poverty level upbringing, and they are definitely used to and expect a level of luxury from their extra perks that isn't seen in the Utah office (trips to Disneyland, Galas, etc.), let alone most businesses, and then when the company starts making more money they expect more luxurious perks. To provide some context, we are also still essentially a startup and it can sometimes seem a bit superfluous to someone like me for a company to already provide free lunch, once an week and then have someone from a particular office then ask that their specific office receive free lunch twice a week. Simply because the company is making more money. That isn't necessarily a problem with Castlight but the general mentality of it has been causing some contention in the Utah office.
