Pros

The company products help experimental drugs get to the people that need them faster. This alone is a very good reason to put in the effort and be proud of being part of such a company. Now if you couple this with a culture that treats people as complete human beings in a truly remote working environment then you have a winning combination.

Cons

Castor has transitioned from startup to scale up and like any company at this stage it is constantly looking to find its new bearings in a very competitive market. So change is frequent in an effort to always be better at what they do.

Pros

Working fully remote has been a huge benefit for both productivity and work-life balance. Everyone I work with is incredibly kind and smart, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference day-to-day. Work is not stagnant. I learn something new everyday and it is rewarding both personally and career-wise. I can see myself growing here long-term. Clinical research is meaningful work, and I believe Castor is moving in the right direction.

Cons

Compensation is slightly below market compared to similar roles in the industry.
