      Competitive pay, flexible schedule, great working environment, career growth opportunities, great values beliefs, in house professional development training, convenience of locations, good benefits and great people!

      Cons

      I wish there were more opportunities for preschool and infant centers to work at.

      - for school age before and after school program there is a lot of prep time

      Cons

      - if a lot of teachers staffed no full-time hours - can be sent to other centers if fully staffed
