      Pros

      It was a very easy going job, straightforward.

      Cons

      They expect some of the part time employees to do the work of full-time employees and clerical work that is hard to do when you are only there 4 hours a day. Pay is also not that great.

      - for school age before and after school program there is a lot of prep time

      Cons

      - if a lot of teachers staffed no full-time hours - can be sent to other centers if fully staffed
