Business Outlook

Pros

Lots of training and resources during COVID to keep us as safe as possible. They are trying to give us as many options as possible while other businesses are closing.

Cons

Hard to plan with the state continuing to open and shut down businesses. If families don't need childcare right now, our enrollment goes down and less staff are needed. But that's not the company's fault. They are trying their best to keep us all employed.
