Pros

The service they provide lower-income households is phenomenal. Families are definitely in good hands

Cons

Very little internal employee satisfaction, you are expected to be able to solve issues with little compliance from involved parties and go outside of your contracted job duties. Was paid $15 an hour for a very demanding role that required strict compliance, otherwise state funding can be pulled. Very difficult to do when the people in charge of centers are not following protocols.

Thank you for providing feedback on your experience working for our organization. We appreciate your kind words about families being in good hands with our programs. It’s unfortunate that you felt under supported in your role. We encourage our active employees to reach out to the next level leadership, or HR, with any concerns they may have with their supervisors. With the involvement of HR, we can have an open dialogue, further evaluating and making resolutions, as appropriate. In relation to our compensation structure, we have and will continue to assess and adjust our compensation to best align with local competitive wages as we all continue to recover from the Pandemic

Pros

- for school age before and after school program there is a lot of prep time

Cons

- if a lot of teachers staffed no full-time hours - can be sent to other centers if fully staffed
