As we recover from the pandemic, we continue to assess our compensation to best align with local competitive wages and are working to provide additional compensation as finances allow.

      - for school age before and after school program there is a lot of prep time

      Cons

      - if a lot of teachers staffed no full-time hours - can be sent to other centers if fully staffed
