Thank you for taking the time to share your experience working at Catalyst Family. We are pleased to know you had a positive working relationship with your supervisor during your time with us. We are sorry to hear the nature of your concerns with the organization and we hope that you felt comfortable sharing your thoughts with this individual. Over the last few years, we have worked to build resources and channels to be more transparent with staff about decisions made by the board and leadership and to provide general information about what’s happening in the organization and our industry. These include newsletters, quarterly calls, emails from leadership and SharePoint resources to name a few. Concerning our compensation structure, we will continue to assess and adjust our compensation to best align with industry, nonprofit and other applicable factors.
