It's great to hear that you found value in the benefits, pay, and opportunities for personal growth, as well as having access to materials for teaching. Supporting educators with the resources they need is a key priority. Concerns about site consistency, workload distribution, and maintaining ratios are important, and your suggestions provide thoughtful insights into potential improvements. Leadership is continuously working on ways to enhance fairness, communication, and operational efficiency across all locations. Ideas such as structured role clarity, better ratio tracking, and additional support during critical times are actively being explored. Creating a positive and collaborative work environment remains a focus, and strengthening team relationships through better communication and leadership engagement is a priority. Your feedback helps guide efforts to make meaningful improvements.
