      Early childhood is a low paying field, but my senior leaders work hard to make sure we feel taken care of, are heard, can use our creativity to help the children bloom!

      - for school age before and after school program there is a lot of prep time

      Cons

      - if a lot of teachers staffed no full-time hours - can be sent to other centers if fully staffed
