Pros

Good pay. The patient matters to most employees.

Cons

No career ladder. All new opportunities are hired from outside the company. Benefits aren’t great and are expensive compared to industry average. No holiday shutdown. Absolutely no pipeline.

Dependence on a Small Number of Products, Concerns about the organizational restructuring and leadership changes. Retaining skilled employees is a key factor for its competitive success.
