Focused more on selling the company and cashing out than actually taking care of their people - to the point where the growth is so inorganic that they are hoarding value in the form of less overhead, i.e. the pay is terrible. Comp structure is a joke, basically living off an entry-level base salary (even those who have been with the company for some time). They try to shade this out by offering equity in the company, but units given are extremely diluted.
This can also be seen from the candidate side - more of a transactional recruitment style with low level of relationship fostering. More focused on cashing the check than setting the candidate/client up for success.
A lot of drama...mixed goals and aspirations that clash in the office setting. Some team members are very condescending if you don't share the same viewpoint; closed-minded and very (overly) proud.
Expected to be in the office 7:30-5:30 with no overtime pay, which yields a low quality work/life balance. Although, they are somewhat flexible with PTO.
HIGH turnover rate for the reasons stated above.
