Pros

-Extremely clear expectations from office to office. -Involved leadership who listen to their employees and are always open to new ideas. -This company is small and growing. The ability to create your own path is there. -The culture gets better day by day in a production-based environment. -Having experience in other staffing companies, the commission structure is actually very competitive. Employees also have the ability to earn base salary raises based on performance. -If you are performing beyond your expectations, you WILL be recognized and rewarded. -My experience has been that of a "family" type of company. I know I'm respected not only because of my number, but also because I am valued as an important piece of Catapult's culture.

Cons

-No 401K match. Needs to happen to become a top competitor when attracting best talent.

Pros

Probably the best company I’ve ever worked for, they are a really tight knit group of people who will accept you with open arms and provide all the tools you need to be successful.

Cons

Base pay is on the lower end but the commission balances everything out.

Pros

The recruiter / handler that I worked with was new but he did a good job. We communicated via text and that went well. He did have a sly sense of humor thinking it was funny to let me think I didn't get the job and then saying, he was just kidding. That still sticks in my mind because I desperately needed the job.

Cons

This is seasonal work, don't hand you hat on doing this long term, you've got about six to eight months at a stretch during tax season (Sept to April), the system is really professional and they won't hesitate to let you know when you're off the mark and not keeping up.
