The ability to create your own path is there. -The culture gets better day by day in a production-based environment. -Having experience in other staffing companies, the commission structure is actually very competitive. Employees also have the ability to earn base salary raises based on performance. -If you are performing beyond your expectations, you WILL be recognized and rewarded. -My experience has been that of a "family" type of company.
