Pros

- The Managing Director and Director of Recruiting for the Dallas office are both great people and will help you as much as you need/they can to get you off the ground. - If you’re looking for a fun work environment and that’s one of the most important things to you, this is probably the place for you.

Cons

- They target young kids out of college and pay them the same if not less of a base salary than Aerotek, Insight Global, Randstad etc. They preach all the time that their commission structure is the “best of the best” but it’s not.. i promise you it’s not. If you are starting a career in staffing you are better off going to a big box firm that’ll look better on your resume and provide you with the proper training. - One of their founder literally told me that the Recruiting Director wasn’t that important and kind’ve mattered in the grand scheme of things. Not really a good look for the integrity of the organization - If you aren’t making them $$$, they don’t care. - I’m not going to say they’re biased but some of the things that I saw definitely made me uncomfortable. - If you question them you will get ripped apart personally.

Pros

Probably the best company I’ve ever worked for, they are a really tight knit group of people who will accept you with open arms and provide all the tools you need to be successful.

Cons

Base pay is on the lower end but the commission balances everything out.

Pros

The recruiter / handler that I worked with was new but he did a good job. We communicated via text and that went well. He did have a sly sense of humor thinking it was funny to let me think I didn't get the job and then saying, he was just kidding. That still sticks in my mind because I desperately needed the job.

Cons

This is seasonal work, don't hand you hat on doing this long term, you've got about six to eight months at a stretch during tax season (Sept to April), the system is really professional and they won't hesitate to let you know when you're off the mark and not keeping up.
